I think you will find that internet connection will not be effected.

A shortcut in the instruction is to type msconfig in the search box and then click on msconfig in the popup menu, then follow the intructions from No 2.

Yeah, but I'm doing step 4. When I disable all the services, I don't have internet connection.

Are you on a wireless connection? If so you should find the name of the wireless card driver in the services list. Not sure about Ethernet cable connection but I think that will show in the list if you are using cable.
