    RAM or NORTON AV

Your windows is crashed without pattern. Two minidumps have corrupted stack trace and they are the symptom of faulty ram. Run memtest to stress test the ram. BTW your windows has outdated Norton AV and Norton Internet Security. You had better upgrade Norton AV and Internet Security to latest version. You can de-install Norton AV and install AVG which is free.
