BSOD STOP: 0x0000000A - dump analysis requested

  1. Hi-

    I have a client with a Dell Inspiron 600m Pentium M 1.4GHz, 768MB Ram, XP Pro sp2.

She keeps getting BSOD errors with ***STOP: 0x0000000A indicatiion, but it never tells me a file name, so it is difficult for me to narrow down which driver or program, etc..

    Enclosed are some dumps.

If solmeone can take a look, I would be very grateful.

    Best Regards,

    Dave

You will get a lot more responses if you post them in .txt format, or .log format.

Have you ran the basics such as test Ram & HDD. 0x0A points to hardware problems.

All minidumps point to the same driver: w70n51.sys which is an Intel PRO/Wireless LAN Driver - for their Intel PRO/Wireless LAN Adapter.

Either you need to uypdate your drivers from DELL for your laptop or you need a new wireless card.
