Essentially, long ago I was stupid enough to run a trial of a registry fixer. Through the test time of, the battle of computer viruses here and there, my 6 month old computer has essentially turned into a brick.

    My two main problems being:

    * DEP seems to be preventing me from opening any browsers as well as disallowing me to write files onto CD's, USB's, etc.

    * Now, approximately 30 min. after I try to use an internet using program such as uTorrent or play a computer performance demanding game, I get a BSOD.

    The BSOD being:
    driver_irql_bot_less_or_equal

    STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x000000000000, 0x000000000002, 0x0000000000000, 0xFFFFF88001A8BEE0)

Tcpip.sys is a network driver, but I doubt if this is the main cause of your troubles. You have damage to the Windows installation from malware. Can you re-load Windows fresh? What antivirus program were you using?
