Memtest+ gives me an error at the 7th test. Is my memory corrupted?

Yes, now if you have more than one stick run the test per stick to determine which one(s) needs to be replaced.

Looks like it. Now you need to determine which memory stick...

Assuming you have more than one...
Remove one of the memory sticks and run it again.
If it comes up with an error again, then swap sticks and try again.
You will be able to determine which memory stick is bad and needs replacing.

I have tended to prefer replacing in pairs rather than just replace one...
but others (probably better informed) may (?) tell you that is not needed.

If you have only one stick... then that is probably your culprit...
BUT... before you spend money on new memory,
let's do a little more diagnostics...

If you can attach your windbg sessions of your minidumps (TXT only),
that would be helpful to the techies who will be jumping in to continue helping you.

    Edit / add
looks like we duplicated a bit...
Route44's reply was not there when I tried to reply...
