BSOD's with Minidumps Files included Help!

Hello everyone i am new here actually today is my first day posting on this site. I was hoping that you may be able to help me figure out a Random restart problem.

The machine is a PowerEdge SC420 with XP Pro SP2. The only updates hardware wise to the machine has been a new Maxtor 300 Gb Sata drive.

I downloaded the XP support tools and used Checkdmp but i can't for the life of me understand what these files means. Can someone please enlighten me to what my problem might be and how to narrow it down/fix. Also if you can explain how you figured it out would be greatly appreciated.

Your windows is crashed with bugcheck code 7A with NT Status code c000000e. I believe that the culprit is ram. Reseat the memory module to another memory slot. If your windows is still crashes, run memtest to stress test the ram.
