Buying new laptop (need help/suggestions)

Hey, I'm looking to buy a new laptop in the $500-600 range. I mostly use the laptop for media(music/movies) and middle range games Like Dota2/league of Legends/Heroes of Newerth. I'm not very educated on the how to pick out a good laptop as I'm used to only buying desktops. Can you make some suggestions for what I should buy. I would prefer to have a dedicated graphics card rather than an integrated as the majority of my time for this will be for gaming.

I would suggest an i3 which would normally come with around 3 or 4 gig ram and should have a good enough card in for them sort of games @ your price range

Also depends if you want new or not bothered if 2nd hand as long as good try cex if 2nd hand

That's just it, idk about graphics cards for laptops. I was hoping you could just link a few laptops you suggest I could get.
