Hello, I get much less than 200 FPS with rtx 4090,i5-13600k, and 16 gb 3200Mhz in Ultra quality. What's wrong ?

Most likely cpu bottleneck, what resolution? Also this being competitive title might qant to lower quality settings to at least medium

I have a 5800x3D and 7900XTX combo and hit over 200 fps consistently so Not dure what is an equivalent Intel CPU to the 5800X3D but yeah sounds like CPU Bottleneck

Can changing my ram will boost fps in 1440p? I have 16GB ddr4 3200MHZ CL16. XMP is activated in the Bios.

Possibility but very marginal and not worth it, better to focus on a better cpu to pair with your 4090
