    No. You'll need to get a 450W PSU or above to run the 6850.

    I dont think you'll be running any videocard if your PSU is really only 180watts. I would consider 40watts to be hardly anything and even that is 25% of your current. Hardware dies when it runs without enough power long enough.

    Not to mention the dual core cpu.

    You HAVE to upgrade PSU/CPU& gfx card, there is no sense in jsut doing one at a time. AMD cpu's are cheap as dirt, at least get a quad core phenom (second hand if you must)
