Inactive Can I clean my computer from WIN 32/ HEUR ?

Since I downloaded the AVG it hasn't stopped showing that I have a virus named Win32/ heur and that it can not be removed. I don't know what to do, I don't want to lose all my information. I hope you can help me. Besides that I've noticed that on my temps it appears some files that have 0 kb and can not be removed I wonder if it has something to do with it. Ill attach a picture of this files.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
