    Please give me more details about CP issue.

    No problem. Control is accessible. Clicking on it brings up the icons. But None of them are Accessible. Whnen Clicking on a Single icon within the CP this error message follows -> Windows can not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

    Create new user account with administrative rights and see if you have same problem there.

    Okay. Should be a good Option. The first thing that comes to mind is the User Accounts in the Control Panel. Is that the option you are Talking About. If so. It is un accessible. Every Icon within Control Panel is territorialized by the Infections. So. I may just have to Reformat my System afterall.
