Can my Gateway GT5220 http://www.dealtime.com/xPF-Gateway-Gateway-GT5220-Desktop-PC (specs) handle a 500 Watt PSU, right now it has a 300 watt psu but i need more power cuz im gettin a new video card and am wondering if my desktop can handle 500Watt.

doesnt really matter what specs of your pc you have you could have a 700watt PSU, i agree with AtK SpadE, a descent PSU will be the best for you, you dont want to be replacing psu's all the time. **MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS FOR YOUR MOTHERBOARD**
