Inactive Cannot connect to internet because of virus

Hello

I think that my laptop has a virus; I cannot connect to the internet and It sometime shouts down for no reason. Now it will not connect to the internet. Whenever I try to trouble shout it gives me this message (Windows tried to repair but a problem still exists. There might be a problem with one or more network adapter on this computer) I’ve gone over all trouble shot options on my laptop and nothing works. Pleas help.
