Cannot get rid of Trojan

I have a virus on my computer that is inhibiting me from accessing task manager, the "run" program under start, etc. I have done several scans with Norton Antivirus and been unsuccessfull. I also downloaded Ad-Aware to check for spyware, etc. I did a Hijackthis scan and now I don't know what to do. Please help!

Hello, You can try installing winpatrol to kill the process. Also I would get rid of norton and try avira anti vir free edition and it should detect the trojan. Let me know if this helps.
