cant open ebay items. error appears

i have windows xp home edition. when i open the ebay items which ended with .dll were not opened. a error appear like this

Log in to www.ebay.com, then go to the further page(s) you need. That should solve it.

i cant even complete my registration with ebay for further help. it is not only with ebay it is with every site which uses .dll

You need to contact the webmaster..hes got you locked out , it appears...

Are you using a hotmail address? These are not always welcome. Perhaps Ebay doesn't like them either.
