i recently upgraded my os to windows xp pro. one of my friends installed photo draw on my computer, and when i was trying to open a picture to edit it, im getting an error message. it says that the file path is incorrect or some crap like that. it was working very well before when i was using win2k. when i try to save as, JPEG isnt even there for me to save it in that format. if anybody can help me i would greatly appreciate it. :)

Have you tried other photo programs?

If you are in XP you should be able to open/edit/save jpegs with just Paintbrush. As a test anyway.
The path error probably comes from a corrupt file association.
See if the program has an option to "take" the file assocation of ".jpg" and ".jpeg". Or you may have to check the association manually.
But see if Paint works first.

    cheers

All you need to do is empty your Temporary Internet File cache!
In IE, click Tools/Internet Options, select Delete Files, delete all offline content as well.
    Problem solved.
