I was previously being helped by a very wonderful and extremely patient person with this issue. The diagnosis he gave was malware/spyware/adware infection. Unfortunately, my computer was physically damaged by a visitor to my home and I just got it back from being repaired. Because I was away from the topic for more than 5 days, the thread was made inactive.

So, here I am trying to finish what was put on pause. The last step the tech had asked me to perform was an F-secure On-line scan. This is the full report:

Another problem I've encountered

Since I got my computer back, I now have two window that CONSTANTLY pop up and say:

Window 1:
Please wait while Windows configures TrayApp

Window 2:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Clock OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'TrayApp.msi' in the box below.

No matter how many times I try to ignore it, I just can't. Not even sure if I SHOULD be ignoring it or if it is something that may actually help me out. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
