[Closed] Please help! my whole computer is infected. I havea Hijack This Log

    "Security Warning: Application cannot be executed.The file avgcmgr.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now."

    As from today this is the warning I am getting, I am getting a similar warning for everything I click on including Malwarebytes which I have paid for a wk ago...I downloaded HijackThis today and had to rename it iexplore.exe to run it, but have no idea what to delete or repair on the scan results, any help would be very much appreciated.
