Soooo i dont know what i have but ive scanned it with malware and it found nothing o and spyware blaster

this has become a problem because It has gotten bad because i cant go on my internet ( i am doing this on safe mode) It turned off all my security ( i try 2 put it back on but it keeps gon off) and i am scared
