[Closed] Windows XP message".dll file is not valid or missing message (Bad image)

I keep getting "the application or DLL c:\progra~1\wi9130~1\datamngr\datamngr.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette" error message. why is this and how can I fix it? I don't think I have the original Windows XP Disk.
