Code 10 error when installing audio drivers

hi this is venkatesh, i am new to this community,i have formatted my system and install xp operating system,but i cant install my audio drivers,one error was occured named code 10 error,pls tel me how can i fix this problem,pls help me,thanks in advance....


my system configuration is


Pentium(R) Dual-core cpu
E5200@2.50GHz
1.99 GB of RAM
Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Intel(R) G33/G31/P35/P31 Express Chipset Processor to I/O Controller - 29C0
Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) SMBus Controller - 27DA
Giga-Byte Technology Avance AC'97 Audio
Realtek HD Audio Driver version:5.10.0.5567

You are showing two different audio drivers:

1. Realtek HD Audio Driver version:5.10.0.5567
2.Giga-Byte Technology Avance AC'97 Audio

Delete both in the Device Manager, and restart your computer
