Comodo Malfunction, Firewall automatically turns off

Hello there,
I recently read the 8 step guide and downloaded super spyware hunter and malware and such and found couple of "bugs" one was a security centre problem that was apparently messing with the firewall.. I deleted or quarrantined these items but iv noticed over the last day that comodo firewall and defense settings become disabled after some ambigous time period, last night i set the firewall to paranoid and thismorning it is disabled
this has happened 2 or three times.. Any assistance appreciated.
