Comp shuts all the way down when loading games

Hey guys,
I need some help here. My computer is shutting off everytime I try to load a video game, doesn't matter what game it is, it just shuts off. I have to wait a minute or so and reset the PSU to turn it back on. I am looking for insight on what I should do. I already ran the Windows memory diagnostic and everything came back fine.

Here is the set up:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97

CPU: AMD FX 6200 Six Core Processor 3.3 GHZ

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 580 GDDR5 1536 MB

RAM: 4x4GB DDR3 1600 Kingston
(Should note, the auto setting mobo set the ram at 1333mhz, 1.5v, 9-9-9-24)

HD: SAMSUNG HD252HU ATA Device
(Note: This is one of two items being used from old comp)

PSU: RaidMax RX-630SS
(Note: This is one of two items being reused from old comp)

I say every game, but the only two games I have tried to load since building it are SWTOR and Neverwinter nights 2. Shuts down on both when loading.

I should also say I downloaded video drivers.

We know you updated your video drivers but we want you to do the following:

1. Go to our Download section and click on Utilities and then download Driver Sweeper 3.1 to your desktop screen and install.

2. Download the latest diver(s) for your video card but don't install them.

3. Uninstall your video card drivers and reboot your PC into Safe Mode. Run Driver
Sweeper and remove ONLY the video card drivers. I had someone use it on their chipset drivers! If it doesn't find any video card drivers that is quite okay; just leave all other drivers alone.

4. Reboot and install new video card drivers.
