    but what about the future of gaming will most games require 256MB video memory and does the radeon really preform that much better? it seems that they are right after each other in each test, what do you think?

    The 6600gt is slightly better, but also slightly more expensive, take your pick, either should be ok(if you need a pci-e card, not agp).
