Company tells employees to run miles each month if they want their bonuses

Had a fitness quirk this summer and easily went over 100km a week. It was fun for a bit but tendons started to give out by the end of summer.
I wouldn't have a problem with a normal employer doing such things. But in CN with 996 being a persistent trend within the country. It might actually lead to a decrease in overall health.
 
Tell me that 10 years later. I was doing it because I was an officer in the military. I can't run anymore. I have severe foot problems after I broke my left ankle. Nowadays, I am doing my cardio with an elliptic bike, it is way better for the body.
No, it just breaks other parts of your body. Using your body wears it down. In fact, using anything wears it down. No surprises.
