My friends computer is messing up. His computer continually freezes, before crashing (blue screen of death) and he is unable to access the internet properly, i.i. he cannot download anything or his explorer will crash. Therefore, he has only been able to scan his computer with ad aware and spybot. Despite removing any trojans found, the problems still occcur. His only online access is through msn messenger or skype (i offered to help him). So anyways, i told him about hikjackthis, and he sent me the generated log file, as shown below:-
