Computer freezes but only once a day, didn't use too much when it freeze

when the computer freezes, i wasnt playing any heavy on ram games, sometimes i just start a browser with 1 tab and it can freeze.

more times than not, it will freeze when i resume to work after leaving the computer for about 20-30 mins. my screensaver is 3 mins. power options never turn off HD and display.

the only way that i can solve the problem is hard reset, and its only require once a day, but i still like to resolve it because its a hassle and my MB, RAM is new

Hello Shine: this one can be tough to track down, but anyway I would suggest you to download and run WhatIsHang from nirsoft's site, they have provide basic information/instructions about how to use it, hopefully it can provide us with some useful information about what may be causing all these hangups.

Also please provide us with complete system specifications of your computer.
