Computer freezes while gaming - Blue screen

For the past week, whenever I play any video game after so long it will freeze and give me a blue screen along with this error message:

Run a program called speedfan, and tell us what you temps are (all except temp 3) when you try to play a game. You could be having an overheating problem, or now that I think of it, a problem with your vid card. Please give us your system specifications so we can help you more. If your not sure what the specs are, google cpu-z and download it, run it, and it should tell you everything about your computer.

That is the Nvidia video driver. Download the latest, non beta drivers from www.nvidia.com.

BTW, what's your graphics card model?
