Computer keeps freezing on start up

Every time I turn on my PC it either doesn't show on the monitor or freezes at the point where you press F1 to go into BIOS.

A few days ago it had a knock and nothing showed on the monitor. I striped everything out and reset the motherboard. I also had to reinstalled Windows 7 64 bit. For about a day it has been working fine.

Before it kept freezing I had the blue screen saying:

STOP 0x0000000A error
(1)collection data for crash dump
(2)initializing disk for crash dump
(3)dumping physical memory to disk 100
(4)physical memory dump complete.

This is my specification of my PC:

Asus M2N Sli Deluxe
AMD Dual Core 6400+
4 x 1Gb Corsair XMS2 pc6400 RAM (2 x 2Gb Dual Channel kits)
1 SATA DVD Writer
1 CPU cooler
500 GB Hard Drive
GeForece 9400 GT

The BIOS settings was set to default.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

Make sure the memory voltages are correct. You may have to manually lower or raise the voltage by one step
