What Windows system and graphics card do you have and what is the brand/model/output from your power supply?

Actually, if you could give us your full system specs, that would help.

You are most likely having this problem because of an insufficient or faulty power supply. Most motherboards are designed to shut off or reset themselves if there is an insufficient amount of energy supplied. If you have a high-end CPU or video card, those might be drawing the most power from your supply, thus causing the mobo reset.
