Computer Running Slow

I have a laptop that has progressively gotten slower. I ran a virus-scan, found nothing. I defragged it, got nowhere. I downloaded HijackThis but don't know what I can delete. Can someone take a look at the hijackthislog attached or give me some tips for making my laptop work faster?

I need more information from you before I can do that. Leaving a HijackThis log alone is not sufficient. Please let me know if you still need help and I will address specific issues with you. The are multiple other issues for a slow computer besides malware.
