Control panel problems

  1. when going into CP there is an icon in there (1st on the list) Which is just a blank "unnkown" extention icon, no name and doesn't open anything. The location it points to is blank. AND I CAN'T GET RID OF IT!!! Nothing helps, reg cleaners, other problem fixers, spyware scanners, virus scanners.... You name it I've tried it... Please end my sleepless nights..... :p

    is there any REAL problem being solved, or just the visual annoyance of the do-nothing icon?

    I beleive I read that is (icon is a yellow folder ) some glitch in Outlook X.Mine disappeared , I have no idea how,don't remember when it left.. I had gotten used to it because it doesn't seem to do anything.Might be that a Windows update takes care of it!!!!

    Ok.... So I'm shallow... I'm just hoping that it's not a result of another problem... One I haven't found yet???

    Thanks.... Fixed the problem!! It was the Bluetooth control panel dupicate that caused the problem!!! Bad Dog!!!! TA
