Corsair adds 40GB, 80GB and 160GB Force SSDs

  1. Further growing its SSD collection, Corsair has introduced three more products to its family of Force solid-state drives. The series debuted in March with 100GB and 200GB options and Corsair expanded the lineup with 60GB, 120GB and 240GB drives in May – but apparently, there were still a few gaps to fill. Today the company introduced 40GB, 80GB and 160GB iterations of the Force SSD, which apparently boast the same maximum sequential reads of 285MB/s and writes of 275MB/s.

    When are they going to start making sata III SSD's?

    Micron RealSSD C300 has SATA III.

    It costs something like $800 for 256GB, if I remember correctly.
