CPU Speed

The first screenie was in December~ish, I formatted around February and this started happening about a month or two ago.

I reset my BIOS, reset my configuration data...and the CPU speed went back to normal but after I restarted or logged into windows, it reverted back to the crappy 1.3ghz speed.

Also, I get this "No signal detected" error. Don't know if that's related.

If Bios settings keep changing you may need a new Cmos battery (first thing to check) or may have a failing psu.

Ram should be checked as well.

It's obviously getting underclocked because the motherboard is losing the BIOS information. Do you have a spare battery for the motherboard? If you have another board laying around or another PC you could take the battery from that and put it in your main pc.

Well, I checked the jumpers on my mobo and everything seems to be in order. I cleared my CMOS via the jumper, and reinstalled the battery.

So, I'll try to replace to the battery and see if it that works
