CPU suddenly 100% load

    my cpu all sudden 100% when i play any games and ofc it waaaaaaay to slow :( and my reg is good

    Phenom II x2 550
    4 GB DDR2
    Ati 5770 HD 1 GB

    it happend all sudden i scanned my pc there is no malware or what so ever, what could cause this !

    its not only slow on games but its always like that i alwayes played at highest performance why so slow all sudden !
    the game am talking about is Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning my reg works perfect for it and it was played smoothly
