Cs 1.6 ping too high!

    so here's my problem, like 3 days ago i played cs 1.6 at 10-30 ping but then i unplugged all the cables from my router (D-link DSL-2650U) and when i plugged it back and started cs the ping was over 200... so please someone help me i've tried everything reinstalling cs, installing patches and stuff but nothing worked :(
