Inactive Csrss.exe virus suspicion. No info offered in Task Manager or Process Explorer

I suspect I havae a version of csrss that may be malware. In task manager, the User, image path name, and command line (and I suspect other useful things) are blank, and right clicking => "open file location" or "properties" both do nothing.

I also downloaded Process explorer and it offers no description or company name where other forums discussing this topic say that their version offers Microsoft corporation in both Process Explorer and Task manager.

I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I havent been able to open or do ANYTHING with Norton Antivirus lately but I'm not sure about that. Otherwise my system seems to be operating very well so it's kinda bizarre. Any help is always greatly appreciated =) Thakns!!

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
