D520 case will not come apart

  1. IssaquahWA1979 Newcomer, in training

    can't get Dell D520 case apart to gain access for PW reset. Since I am new I cannot Private Message Paragon and I am visually impaired so trying not to break anything any assistance on this particular case is appreciated it seems to be an issue on the rear of the case near the dinn connector all screws are out and such but still will not release, any help is again appreciated.
