Hi, folks. I'm new to TechSpot and this is my first post. For the past three weeks I've been getting the BSOD. Sneakyly, it only happens when I'm not at the computer so I can't give any info about what I'm doing that may be causing it.

From my Event Viewer: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000008, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\011311-47205-01.dmp. Report Id: 011311-47205-01.

I'll try to attach the minidump file. Thanks for any help that may be forthcoming.

It took awhile in researching but your issue is with the driver Neofltr_650_15991.sys which is a Juniper Networks TDI Filter Driver.

Wow, what a rapid response! Thanks for the research.

I've removed all instances of Juniper Networks from my system. The driver Neofiltr_650_15991 was naturally also removed in the process.

I'll give it a couple of days and then report back whether there was a recurrence of the crash.

    Everything OK

I promised to get back to you regarding the BSOD. You recommended removing Juniper Networks software. I did this and the problem never recurred. Thanks again!
