Darksma of Doom... help?

I have a darksma on my computer that Yahoo Anti-Spy keeps finding. I did the VundoFix thing but I must be screwing something up along the way. I have McAfee and SpySubtract (though the SS is now expired and I usually don't have it on... relying on the Yahoo AntiSpy.)

I downloaded the Hijack this... so attached is a log.

Any help would be appreciated... thanks!

I would suggest to uninstall McAfee and Symantec AntiViruses (even use the Norton removal tool)

And then have a look at:
