    I dont have the problem but i would like to have the program for my tools. I do pc repairs and sooner or later someone will have that issue and i will need the program.

    Hey, guys i am having the same problem but with a optiplex GX520, they swapped the motherboard and I need to update the service tag. Bu the utility boots up recognised the system but says this is the wrong version. Anyone have the right version or knows where I can et it from?

    If anyone needs help removing the EEprom password (BIOS/CMOS password) on a Dell Latitude D600, or changing the Service Tag contact me on AOL instant messenger. I have the software you need to do this, it might work for other dell systems as well. For the right price i will be happy to help.

    Genius_010101, there are LOTS of people here who make a living with computers, myself included. But that is NOT the spirit of these forums.
    The only right price around here is free, lol. That is, unless you are selling hardware and even then i would suggest keeping that to emails and pms.
