Deus Ex - Invisible War Performance

    Hey. I recently bought Deus Ex - Invisible War, and downloaded the v1.1 patch (which is supposed to fix most performance problems). I have turned off Vsync, set the resolution to 640x480, turned all the graphics options to Low (shadows and light bloom are off), have OC'd my card a bit (which shows significant performance increases in most other games), and I have also turned off AA and AF. Anything else I can do to help my performance?

    Card - GeForce4 Ti4200 64mb, AGP 4x
    Drivers - NVIDIA Detonator 53.03 Win2k/XP

    I don't know if there is much more that can be done to add to the performance of this, except maybe playing around with some .dll files to improve performance, but be careful. And of course you would have to find one online somewhere as well.
