Inactive Do not have a clue what this problem is, please help.

Right, I need help.
Some sort of virus has done something to my computer..
When I press Ctrl + Alt + Delete I get a error message saying 'Task manager has been disabled by your administrator'. There is only one user on this pc which is my personal user account, and as far as I know I am the administrator. I really need to know how to fix this?

If you are unaware how to fix this problem can you give me some advice on how to make this computer better, its very slow..
(obviously I know how to Disk Clean, Defrag ect)
Just general instructions on how I could make this computer faster

Any advice would be great and thanks a lot for reading this.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
