  1. For some reason I keep getting this virus ( or spyware, dont really know what it is ) called Downloader.delf.aup I delete it but it always comes back when I scan for viruses, how could I fully get rid of it?

It's not really doing anything to my PC ( Or maybe it is ) but I dont want to have any viruses on my PC ;)

Also it infected 2 files on my PC ( after running AVG I found them and quarantined ) which was a program called Gmouse I installed, it lets me record my mouse actions and one of PC restore files

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how HERE.

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE.

Click start/run and type regedit into the runbox and press the enter key.

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/SVKP and delete it.

Close regedit and reboot your system.

Post a fresh HJT log as per these instructions.

    Regards Howard :)
