Downloader.Wimad.E Object

My computer is running very sluggish. Doing a simple task like opening a word file will end up not responding.
I have followed the initial instructions:
AVG found Downloader.Wimad.E Object and was linked to 3 mp3 files. I have quarantined them while in safe mode but now I have logged back in normal mode it is still running slowly.
Attached are the SAS and hijack this logs.The combofix and trend micro online (froze) scan appeared not to work.
If someone could help me out, that would be much appreciated.

Help!

Boo hoo! No one wants to help me!
The AVG scan results keep saying that a lot of the files were not scanned/tested because they are locked. I'm not sure if this is an option I can change or whether the trojan on my computer has done this. I'm running Vista and I can't seem to install any of the firewalls suggested, they just keeping coming up with errors.
