Driver power state failure

    i keep getting a driver_power_state_failure bsod. It always happens when the computer is unattended. Running Win 7 64bit.

    Well iaStor.sys is the driver for Intel Matrix Storage Manager, you could try updating it and see if that helps at all first. Here's the link http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

    Also have you installed any new hardware recently?

    updated and so far so good. and it is a new computer so no new hardware (or all of it new depending on how you look at it)
