Dump file analysis help needed

I built this rig in January. It ran fine until June. I get a series of BSODs every week or so. After I set my RAM to specs (2.8v, 2-2-2-6), it got better, but didn't go away. For instance, in August, I got 3 on 8/6, 2 on 8/7, 1 on 8/10, 2 on 8/11 and 2 on 8/12.

I have done the following:

1) cleaned dust
2) reseated RAM
3) ran MEMTEST, HD check
4) reistalled XP
5) updated BIOS
6) updated drivers

MOBO and CPU temps are consistently in the 28-36 C range. Both fans are working.

Overclocking didn't make any difference.

I've attached the latest dump files. Any ideas would be appreciated.

SYMEVENT.SYS is impicated in three of the dumps. I think it's the only one left over, but make sure all Norton files are gone.
