Ecs n2u400-a wont boot

Newbee .I have just bought a ecs n2u400-a mb. with the amd sempron 2800 got it all together went to boot, and nothing . Reset cmos still nothing.I have 512 pc3200 ddr 400mhz memory ..IM not getting anything can't get into the bios .My post reader tells me nothing..Im really confused any help would be greatly appreciated..

That board came out before the Semprons. You may have an older board that needs a BIOS update for Sempron support.

bios upgrade

I cant get into the bios to flash them so how would i upgrade?

You need to download the latest BIOS and a flashing program from ECS. Put both on a floppy and then boot the computer from the floppy.
