Error code 00000500 on Server 2003

I have had this problem for several weeks now, it causes random reboots.

I am running Trend Micro OfficeScan as antivirus, and it is detecting nothing. This server runs our facility's badge and door security software with a SQL database.

I have included 5 of the latest dumps, and they go back several weeks.

Our system administrator quit and I am trying to cover as best I can until someone gets hired or they bring in a temp to take over coverage.

All MiniDumps are 0x50 errors, 2 cite memory corruption but the other 3 indicate this driver "tmtdi.sys" which ironically is a driver for Trend Micro Security.

Did these restarts occur while running Trend Mico?

Does this have to be Installed or can you remove it and install another Anti-Virus because that Trend Micro seems to be the cause, it causes the other 2 for Memory Corruption as well
