Im about to buy a new graphic card and I really like HD 5850/5870. As I was looking up some info on it, I stumbled across, of course, the ATI Eyefinity. Now I really need no card that would support 6 monitors or so, but 3 monitors seems kinda nice, but I now can't really tell which card would support those three monitors... .
From what I found out I think that HD 5850 simply doesn't support ATI Eyefinity right ? If so, than I need HD 5870.. but which cards supports it ? I think I read that Sapphire Vapor-X HD 5870 supports 3 monitors but the only others I found were those expensive 6 monitors Eyefinity models..
The other HD 5870 models that are on the market here for a good price are:
- PowerColor Radeon HD 5870 1GB DDR5
- Asus EAH5870/G/2DIS/1GD5
- Sapphire Radeon HD 5870 1GB DDR5
- MSI R5870-PM2D1G
- Gigabyte GV-R587UD-1GD (the newer one)
- Sapphire Radeon HD 5870 Vapor-X 1GB DDR5
- XFX Radeon HD 5870 1GB DDR5
